What do you need help with?

Quick start

  1. With the radio off, check that the correct battery and antenna are fitted. Charge using the authorized equipment and the instructions in the matching user guide.
  2. Turn the On/Off/Volume Control knob clockwise until it clicks. Use the same knob to adjust listening volume.
  3. Select the channel assigned by your radio administrator using the channel controls for your CP100d version. Check the matching manual below before changing zones or programmable buttons.
  4. Press and hold PTT. Wait for the Talk Permit Tone if enabled, speak clearly into the microphone, then release PTT to listen.

Programming and fleet setup

Identify the exact model and selected configuration. If you are expanding a fleet, send the current model numbers and programming details to our team so compatibility can be checked before you order.

Use the manual for the exact CP100d faceplate: full keypad, limited keypad or non-display. Provide the existing fleet channel plan and desired button functions to your programmer; the presence of a display does not establish radio-to-radio compatibility.
