Canadian Customers
We ship coast-to-coast across Canada using 
UPS Standard on orders over $1500 CAD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.
Express shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are available during checkout for urgent orders.
High-value shipments may be insured and/or require a signature upon delivery for added security. These protections can be selected at checkout or requested by contacting our team.
Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items and qualifies for free shipping, the full order remains eligible. In cases where an item is on backorder or requires custom ordering, you can choose to:
- Wait for all items to ship together
- Receive in-stock items sooner via a partial shipment (standard shipping rates will apply)
Shipping Safety Alert
Porch piracy and package theft have been on the rise across Canada. While we take care to ensure all shipments are properly tracked, Two Way Radio Gear is not liable for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. For added peace of mind:
- We recommend choosing a signature-required delivery for residential addresses (add $5.95 CAD). To request this, contact us.
- You may add UPS insurance (typically 2% of your order value) to protect against theft, loss, or damage. Reach out to learn more.
Address Corrections
To avoid delays and fees, please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Changes requested after an order is processed may incur a carrier adjustment fee. Undeliverable packages returned after multiple delivery attempts will also result in additional charges.
