Programming and fleet setup

Identify the exact model and selected configuration. If you are expanding a fleet, send the current model numbers and programming details to our team so compatibility can be checked before you order.

Separate everyday radio setup from optional Wi-Fi voice-assistant setup. The Motorola Business Radio Portal manages the voice-control configuration; arrange the required voice-assistant service with your administrator before changing portal settings.

Troubleshooting

The Curve cannot reach the existing group

Confirm the team channel and Profile ID. Keep the existing fleet settings available when asking for help.

The voice assistant is unavailable

Check the configured Wi-Fi connection and voice-assistant service with the account administrator. A radio being powered on does not confirm that the portal service is ready.

The first part of a message is missed

After pressing PTT, wait for the Talk Permit Tone before speaking. Release PTT when you finish to listen for the reply.
