Quick start

Connect the approved earpiece and follow the charging instructions for your exact TLK25 version. Keep the volume low before putting the earpiece in place.
Hold the Power button to start the device. Use the volume buttons to adjust the connected earpiece to a comfortable listening level.
Select the talkgroup assigned by your administrator and confirm the configured Wi-Fi connection before a test call.
Hold PTT and wait for the Talk Permit Tone, then speak into the accessory microphone. Release PTT to listen.

Troubleshooting

The TLK25 cannot connect

Check the configured Wi-Fi network with your administrator. Include the device version and status announcement when asking for help.

The earpiece is silent

Check that the approved earpiece is connected securely and that the volume is audible before making a test call.

The start of a message is cut off

Hold PTT and wait for the Talk Permit Tone before speaking into the accessory microphone. Release PTT to listen.
